Refund policy

At Makeup by Mayeee, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any makeup items once they have been purchased.  

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@makeupbymayeee.com with your order number and photos of the product. We will gladly assist you in resolving the issue.
